  Scotland                                                                 Scotland finished exactly where they deserved in group A - at the bottom.   Indeed, not only did Scotland fail to exceed their normal levels, they did the opposite and under-performed.   Three shots on target in the entire tournament? With just 17 shots of any description across all three matches? There was weeping and gnashing of teeth in the streets of Kirkcudbright.   England                                                      Meantime. England are through to the knockout stages with a game to spare. Happy Jack will be removing his England flag from the front of the house this evening with all the disgruntled Jocks likely to be roaming the streets supporting Slovenia.
